Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS (HOPWA)
The HOPWA program is designed to provide housing assistance and supportive services for income-eligible individuals living with HIV/AIDS and their families to establish or better maintain a stable living environment in housing that is habitable, safe, and sanitary, to reduce the risk of homelessness, and to improve access to health care and supportive services.
