The occupational medical examination provides employers with a "snapshot" of the candidate's health status. The exam consists of a review of medical history, physical exam, height, weight, blood pressure, vision screen, and additional tests as requested by the public agency. Examination results will be reported on the ICPHD Occu-Med Medical Examination form and/or a designated form.
