Birth - Death - Health Records
The Imperial County Public Health Department Vital Statistics Office maintains records of birth and death events within the County of Imperial, issuing certified copies of birth certificates for individuals aged 0-2 years, while issuing certified death certificates for deaths that occurred during the current year and previous year. For all other records, contact the Imperial County Clerk/Recorder’s Office at (442) 265-1077.
Please note that State Law requires all request by mail include a notarized sworn statement of identity. Please make check or money order payable to Imperial County Public Health Department.
